About

Jeff Meade is the Founding Director of Entrepreneurship at Paul Quinn College, where he's building something that's never been done before: a college where every single student launches a venture before they graduate. It's called Every Quinnite an Entrepreneur, and it's as bold as it sounds. Jeff is making entrepreneurship central to the Paul Quinn experience. Students are launching ventures, working with real clients, managing actual budgets, and will graduate with entrepreneurial experience that most people don't get until years into their careers.

The program Jeff is building includes everything students need to succeed: a curriculum that weaves entrepreneurship across the campus, a seed fund that provides capital while teaching financial literacy, and professional development that serves both students and local business owners. There's also Quinnite Conversations, a student-led podcast and thought leadership platform that amplifies overlooked entrepreneurial voices. Jeff's work is catching national attention. His insights have been featured in Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, and Entrepreneur Magazine. He speaks regularly about why entrepreneurship education needs to be more inclusive, more hands-on, and more connected to the communities students come from.

What drives Jeff is a simple belief: when students bring the drive, we bring the direction. That philosophy shapes everything he does, from designing curriculum to raising funds. He's proving that when you give students real opportunities to build something meaningful, they'll surprise you with what they create. His work is showing other colleges what's possible when you stop talking about innovation and start doing it.
