Becky Gligo is the inaugural Executive Directorof the Fort Worth Community Land Trust (FWCLT), bringing more than 16 years ofexperience in housing policy, partnership development, and program design. Sheis passionate about expanding homeownership opportunities for working familiesand ensuring that stable, attainable housing remains within reach in FortWorth.
Before joining FWCLT, Becky founded and servedas the Executive Director of Housing Solutions, leading Tulsa’s A Way Home forTulsa initiative. Under her leadership, Housing Solutions grew from 30 to 55member agencies, expanded staff capacity, and tripled community funding throughHUD grants.
Becky also served as the Housing Policy Directorfor the City of Tulsa, where she worked with city and state agencies,nonprofits, and developers to advance affordable housing and neighborhoodrevitalization efforts.
Her commitment to fair and attainable housingbegan during her time as a high school teacher in Antioch, California, whereshe saw firsthand how housing insecurity impacted her students. She remainsdeeply dedicated to ensuring that all community members have access to stablehousing.
Becky holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees fromthe University of San Francisco. Now proud to call Fort Worth home, she looksforward to helping others put down roots and build a future in the city.
