Carlos White is an award-winning transactional attorney + business integrator that specializes in educating startup and emerging enterprises (“SES”) on corporate and commercial strategies as well as helping SES implement the right strategies to grow and scale their concepts through corporate, commercial, capital raising, franchising, and licensing transactions.
Carlos is an Ivy League law graduate that has achieved the status of Law Partner at three of the largest law firms in the U.S. and has served as General Counsel of an information technology company that currently has revenues of over $700 million.
Economic development and business mentoring are passions for Carlos, and throughout his career he has served on various economic and community development boards.
Due to Carlos’ experience and track record in the franchising space, he was tapped as Franchise Impact Ambassador for the City of Dallas by Mayor Eric Johnson. In this role, he leads Mayor Johnson’s first-of-its-kind initiative that showcases Dallas as a global leader in franchising and preeminent hub for creating, incubating, and scaling startup and emerging businesses.
