Enisha Shropshire serves as Director of Portfolio and Client Services at CapEQ, where she oversees all aspects of CapEQ’s initiatives and strategy implementation. In this role, she manages the hiring of consultants, coordinates project teams, and administers project budgets.She sets project scopes, establishes deadlines, and ensures cross-departmental collaboration to deliver on CapEQ’s mission.
Enisha plays a critical leadership role focused on end-to-end client partner delivery, developing engagement strategies across multiple business units and overseeing complex client ecosystems. She ensures excellence in project and service delivery through rigorous quality standards, process optimization, and high-performing team alignment. She also drives innovation in client partner and employee interaction models, while conducting senior-level client partner negotiations.In addition to her role at CapEQ, Enisha is the Founder and President of Vector StrategiesImpact Consulting, a strategy and operations advisory firm focused on advancing mission-driven organizations through strategic planning, project management, and equity-centered consulting. Through Vector Strategies, she partners with nonprofits, foundations, and networks to strengthen organizational infrastructure, design impactful initiatives, and scale solutions that drive inclusive economic and social outcomes.
Previously, Enisha served as Director of Board and External Relations at Texas 2036, where she built and maintained a diverse statewide board of directors and strengthened relationships with community, civic, and business leaders. Prior to that, she spent five years at the George W.Bush Institute, launching and overseeing leadership programs such as the Stand-To VeteranLeadership Program, Presidential Leadership Scholars, Liberty and Leadership, and WE Lead.A Dallas native, Enisha is deeply involved in her community. She is a past president and current board member of the Mayor’s Star Council (now Engage Dallas) and serves on the boards of the Trust for Public Land, bcWorkshop, KERA Community Advisory Board, and the DallasSymphony Orchestra. Nationally, she is a member of the American Enterprise Institute’sLeadership Network, and she was honored as a Dallas Business Journal 40 Under 40Award recipient for her leadership and impact.
Enisha is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and resides in Dallas with her husband, Marcus.
