Odessa ‘OJ’ Jenkins is the CEO and Chairwoman of the Women’sNational Football Conference (WNFC), the winningest head coach in women’s tackle football history with a 91–5 career record, a seven-time national champion, USA Gold Medalist, and Hall of Famer. Once voted the top running back in the world by IFAF,Jenkins has led transformative efforts in sports and leadership, creating equity and inclusion for women and girls.
She is a former CEO of Bonfire,a leadership development firm for women ,and was part of the executive team at YourCause, a tech company that exited for $157 million. Jenkins is also the founder of impactful nonprofits like Got Her Back, and a nationally recognized speaker and leadership coach.
Jenkins is a featured member of The Dove Body Confident Collective, alongside Billie Jean King, Venus Williams, and other icons,helping support confidence in young female athletes through sport. She has appeared on The Today Show, was named to the CurvePower List 2025, and continues to be a leading force in reshaping the future of women’s sports and leadership.
